Meal Planning Steps!
I have been following the Ultimate Portion Fix plan since I started and I LOVE it! STEP 1: COMPLETE THIS CALCULATION TO FIGURE OUT YOUR CALORIE TARGET
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding MODIFICATIONS:
- If you are pregnant: Calculate Maintenance then add 300 and stop there.
- If you are breastfeeding and want to lose weight: Calculate Maintenance and stop there.
- If you are breastfeeding and want to maintain your current weight: Calculate Maintenance and then add 500 and stop there.
STEP 2: FIGURE OUT HOW MANY CONTAINERS/SERVINGS OF EACH FOOD GROUP YOU SHOULD EAT IN A DAY.
